About this job
Responsibilities:
- Will be inspecting and assessing incoming assemblies, rubber material, vinyl material and metal components using a drawing or blueprint
- Will be following policies, and procedures to assist the documentation and measurement devices maintenance on all products and materials
- Will be using micrometers and calipers to measure and inspect all materials followed by processing data collection and statistical evaluations
Qualifications:
- Must be open to 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Must have experience using micrometers and calipers measuring devices
- Ability to use radiances and angles to perform the measuring
- Must be able to follow direction and procedures as well as the ability to write and complete reports
- Must have 2+ years of experience as a quality inspector
- Must have experience with a manufacturing or lab ISO background
- Minimum H.S. Diploma required
