About this job

A growing customer service company is seeking entry level Customer Service Representatives to join their fast paced call center to help grow their company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Fielding inbound/outbound calls at a call center
Processing payments and setting up payment plans
Conflict Resolution
Heavy data entry and navigating databases
Using Microsoft Office


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma
Strong data entry skills
Experience in resolving conflicts
Ability to work off own initiative
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Must submit a background check

SHIFT OPTIONS:

First Shift -
Monday - Thursday : 9 - 5.30, Friday : 9 - 5

Second Shift -
Monday - Friday : 12 - 8.30 or 12.30 - 9 or 1.30 - 10 PLUS Saturday 9 - 5 or 1 - 9 (One day off during the week)

COMPENSATION:

$12 for First Shift, $12.50 for Second shift
