Aerotek is currently seeking a Customer Service/Dock attendant for one of our clients in the Medway, MA area.
Our client is looking for someone to assist customers as they pick up their ordered parts from the warehouse distribution center.
Job Duties:
*Scanning and filing documents as required by Parts Manager
*MS Office – need to be able to enter data and sort within Excel, basic MS Office skills
*Friendly, reliable, punctual, polite candidate with Customer Service skills
*Expedite orders with the Warehouse Managers
*Contact customers via phone or email
Requirements:
*Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
*Previous automotive/parts experience
*Customer Service experience
*MS office Proficient
This is a full time position starting at $15.00 p/h.
