About this job
Job description:
-Answer incoming calls from customers who are inquiring about their energy bill
-Assist customers with questions about their account and rates being billed
-Educate new customers who are interested in enrolling about company services
-Update contact information including addresses, billing information, etc.
-Toggle between multiple computer screens which contain information about the customer account, energy rate, utility, and billing information
Qualifications:
-Bilingual (fluent Spanish and English)
-2+ years of recent call center experience (Required)
-Proficient with computers
-Knowledgeable of call center KPIs
-High School Diploma/GED
-Professional written and verbal communication skills
This is a contract-to-hire position and candidates must be able to work between 8 AM - 8 PM, Monday - Friday.
