Our client in the Education field is hiring Inbound Call Center representatives to join their team!!

1-2 years experience taking inbound calls in a customer service environment OR a recent college graduate
MUST be able to work any shift M-F between 9am-9pm (9-6, 10-7, 11-8, 12-9)
MUST be able to start ASAP and this is a contract through Mid-September
MUST not have any vacation plans during this assignment

Calls may include but not be limited to providing information about how to proceed with orders and providing a high level of customer service while scheduling online or onsite demos. The Inbound Rep must be able to maintain a high level of activity and performance at all times.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be a customer-focused, team player
