Systems Administration and Reporting/Administrative Assistant
This is a Part- Time Position
GENERAL SUMMARY: To provide support to the Engineering Department, H.R. Director, Facility Director, and Campus Leader throughout the following provisions:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Clerical Performances
* Utilizes software in the preparation and maintenance of various reports, analysis and forms.
- Helps maintain daily associate schedules in Labor Management System
- Complete daily time and attendance reconciliation between DLx and Kronos systems
* Types and reviews all required information; making sure that all correspondence is presented in a professional manner and proofed for any grammatical or typing errors.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly DLx reports and distributes to designated individuals
* Schedule meetings, conference calls, prepare agenda, presentations or reports for meetings and make copies
* Makes all necessary travel arrangements for Facility Director, HR Director, Campus Leader and Facility Leadership Group.
* Assist and support visitors to facility by setting up work area, arranging computer access, etc.
* Answers telephone and provides assistance to callers through immediate information or direction to other outlets for solutions to problems or issues.
* Arranges telephone conference calls via AT&T Dial-In, Videoconference, and Inter-company.
* Act as a liaison between Directors and Managers for gathering data and reporting in a consistent format
* Compile H.R. narratives and maintain SD operational Summary Report
* Plan and Coordinate Events
* Collects and distributes mail, including faxes, daily and prioritizes as necessary.
* Maintain Office equipment and order supplies
2. Initiatives
* Prioritizes workload effectively to ensure smooth processes of daily operations.
* Maintains organization of files for accurate and timely reference.
* Creates databases or spreadsheets for tracking key information and maintaining reports.
* Operates as a team player by contributing in the development of processes or solutions to everyday situations.
