Material Handler - Full-time

Our Smithton PA Distribution Center is currently seeking:

• Material Handlers
• Second & Third Shifts

Full time Material Handlers will perform the unloading, loading, staging and warehousing of cartons. Openings are available on the following shifts:

• 2nd shift: 3PM - 11PM
• 3rd shift: 11PM-7AM

Requirements include:

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull and lift cartons weighing approximately 10-50 pounds repetitively.
• Basic reading comprehension and numerical reasoning skills.
• Manual dexterity.

Distribution Center Supervisor

We're seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience. Previous Distribution Center management experience preferred. Responsibilities include:

• Forecasting and responding to production volume and manpower needs in order to maximize productivity and ensure quality
• Training, developing, and supervising non-exempt associates
• Developing and implementing methods and procedures to improve efficiency and safety of operations
• Maintaining the security of all merchandise and capital equipment in assigned departments
• Promoting and maintaining high employee morale and safety
• Coaching and counseling employee performance and attendance issues
• Other duties as assigned
