Regional Sales Manager - Full-time

Houma and Berwick/Morgan City - Based at the Mainstay Suites - Houma. Target Base Salary $35K - $45K - Local Houma and/or Berwick/Morgan City market knowledge/experience HIGHLY preferred. The key responsibility of this position is to reach or exceed budgeted hotel room revenue for all market segments. This is achieved through identifying and executing strategies to increase the customer base and by enhancing and maintaining customer relations. The Regional Sales Manager will have the opportunity to utilize his/her skills and talents to: Make daily contact with current and potential customers via in-person appointments, telephone calls, written correspondence, property tours and community networking events, local chamber and CVB. Utilize effective customer contact, trace and file system and prepare weekly productivity reports on all sales activity. Ensure all sales collateral is current, accurate and portrays a professional image for the marketplace. Attend weekend and evening events to directly promote the hotel as needed .
