Essential Job Functions
  • Receives inquires from customers or technicians via phone or email to identify and source appliance parts/components for service repair.
  • Procures applicable parts from established vendors at optimal pricing levels.
  • Follows up on orders for on-time delivery..
  • Ensures correct order entry and makes corrections as needed..


Requirements
  • Must be web-savvy and have strong customer service skills
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Must be able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
  • Mechanical aptitude / knowledge
  • MS Office intermediate proficiency
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
