Aerotek is seeking an Outbound Customer Service Call Center Rep in Denver.
This health care client of Aerotek is looking for:
- Outbound Call Center Experience
- Healthcare/insurance knowledge is a plus
- Handling previously escalated calls
- Customer Service Experience
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- It will be 34 hours a week after training
- Shifts after 3 weeks of training are M-F 2pm-9pm; As well as a Mandatory Saturday Shift

Qualified Outbound Customer Service Call Center Representatives will possess the following skills:
- 3 years customer service experience
- 6 months of Call Center experience
- Outbound call center experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Healthcare/insurance knowledge is a plus
