About this job
Responsibilities:
- Get daily route information from a handheld device.
- Drives a company vehicle/owner operated vehicle to perform pick-up/delivery service
- Ensures quality of package delivery, and courteous service is provided during each customer interaction.
- Ensures the proper upkeep and maintenance of the vehicle
- Scans packages according to prescribed procedures and delivering to correct locations and getting proper signatures.
- Performs additional duties within the assigned center during non-delivery times.
- All other duties as needed or required.
Requirements:
- Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license and insurance.
- 21Years of age or older
- Have no criminal record - a background check will be conducted
- Clean DMV record (NO DUI's / WET & RECKLESS / NO AT FAULT ACCIDENT / NO MORE THEN 2 TICKETS OR POINTS ON RECORD)
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
- Be able to work at least 16 hours a week
- A great, customer service oriented attitude
- Primary need**** BE able to work on Sat & Sun all shifts, and 5pm-9pm evenings.
