Job overview
Line cook is responsible for: preparation of food "to order" for the hotel restaurant; ensures consistent quality; and follows IHR's Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures.
Requirements
- Must be detailed oriented, work well in a team environment, and enjoy serving customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner.
- Experience in farm to table concept.
- Must be able to work alone, be organized, team player and motivated.
- Must have good knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, attention to detail, quality oriented and very consistent.
- Servsafe certified a plus.
