Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $42.00 - 44.50
Acute care hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join the team in their Outpatient Unit. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
-Interested candidates must have experience in an outpatient setting.
-Nationally recognized facility
-Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a Physical Therapist per state requirements.
A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. A PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the areas that could use improvement. In assisting with a patient’s physical therapy, a PT also incorporates preventative measures against the loss of motor skills and promotes overall healthier lifestyles. The settings worked in include:
