Customer Service Role:
-Taking 6-7 calls per hour from clients and sales reps
-70%-80% of orders come in through email and fax
-Tracking orders
-Setting up returns
-JD Edwards is their ERP System

Domestic Customer Service
- Fulfills customer requests received via phone, mail or facsimile including order placement and return goods authorization.
- Establishes new accounts, pricing, delivery information and product availability.
- Responds to sales representatives’ requests for information regarding sales numbers, order status, patient data, account history and samples.
- Communicates customer concerns, reactions and inventory issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Expediently directs customer calls to proper personnel to ensure responsiveness (i.e., immediate response during a medical emergency).
- Provides backup support for regional Customer Service Representatives.
- Fulfills all requests for specific regions from the business hotlines in a timely manner (i.e., literature and material requests).
-Hours are 9:00-5:30
