About this job
Candidates will be responsible for:
- Operating stand-up forklift equipment to transport products (Electric pallet jack for order fillers and Stand-up, Reach truck, or Cherry Picker experience for stockers)
- Must feel comfortable working on the forklift for 10 hours straight
- Consistently lift up to 50lbs. by themselves and will be getting on and off forklift to pick items or stock products
- Performance is measured by number of picks and quality of pick in the shift - measured based on percentage of quota that was hit -must reach 100% accuracy after 10 weeks (numbers are posted every week)
- Associates use a headset that will tell them exactly where to drive their forklift and what to pick, they pick the product, confirm with their scanner that product was picked, hit enter, and you'll be ready for your next order
- Partner lifting is permitted for heavy items
- Associates using the cherry picker and reach truck must be okay with working from elevated shelves
