Aerotek Scientific in Iowa City, Iowa is in need of a Quality Technician. Candidates will be responsible for:
-Testing and verifying that products fall in internal and customer specifications
-Calibration of equipment, compression testing, utilizing a scale for product measurement, and performing drop tests
-Corrective actions in regards to quality
-Daily quality checks with Machine Operators and Quality Technicians
-Coordinating sampling, testing and reporting for new product specifications
-Internal calibration testing on quality test equipment and coordinating external calibrations
-Developing and maintaining internal product and packaging specifications
-Providing quality data for monthly reporting
-Maintaining quality records for the lab and production
