Manpower is currently recruiting for and Executive Administrative HR Assistant for a local company in the Treasure Valley. This will be a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. This position is the first point of contact for both internal and external clients therefore customer service skills are critical for success. Must be an energetic self-starter with strong attention to detail. Ideal employee will truly care about the client, will go the extra mile, be punctual, efficient, ethical, professional, and be able to work as part of a team with a positive attitude. Strong interoffice skills are a must. Candidates must have strong technical abilities and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Must be able to creating and present PowerPoint presentations. This position will be M-F 8am-5pm with a pay of $15.00 - $18.00 an hour. Requirements: - Must be over 18 - Must possess high school diploma or GED - Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen - Must be professional in both attitude and appearance - Must have an energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic - Must have strong interpersonal skills with great communication - Proven experience in various HR duties - Microsoft application with emphasis in creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations Duties include but are not limited to: - Coordinating office operations and activities - Oversight of timeliness and budget of all projects for the department - Assist in marketing efforts - Proofread and write operating procedures To apply, please send resume to boise.id@manpower.com.
