Night Production Operator

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6pm-4:30am Duties: *Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to behavior based safety program. *Run CNC, manual machines, or hand held tools *Inspect parts and be able to recognize defects and non-conformity's *Adjust machine settings with assistance when necessary *Complete reports and all necessary paper work for the jobs *Monitor fluids in machine *Maintain a clean, safe work area *Change inserts/tools with assistance *Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: *High school diploma or GED *Manufacturing experience desired but not required *Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 12 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 33 lbs., rarely lifting up to 60 lbs. *Ability to stand up to 100% of shift *Ability to do repetitive movements (i.e. bending, twisting, walking) *Ability to read measuring instruments *Ability to follow work instructions *Regular attendance *Able to continuously operate at a minimum of 3 hours
