Are you mechanically savvy and customer focused? This may be the role for you! We are searching for a Technical Service Representative to join a growing team with our client in Brillion, WI. The Technical Service Representative will provide outstanding product technical assistance and warranty support for outdoor power equipment via phone, email, and chat to customers including end users and dealers.
Candidates should have a mechanical aptitude, experience with small engine repair is helpful. 2 year technical degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Need to be able to diagnose and troubleshoot over the phone, have good problem solving skills, and be able to effectively deal with conflict. Computer skills are required, but will train on software.
