A-Sun, Mon, Tue every other Wednesday Day-6:45am-7:15pm

B-Sun, Mon, Tue every other Saturday night-6:45pm-7:15am

C-Thurs, Fri, Sat every other Wednesday Day-6:45am-7:15pm

D-Wed, Thur, Fri every other Saturday Night-6:45pm-7:15am

* Three days on Four days off Four days on Three days off

Pay: $15.00/hr A & C, B shift, $15.00+ 12% = $16.80/hr, D shift $15.00+ 16% = $17.40/Hr

Long Term Contract with the possibility of being hired on permanent. Reviews every 90 days for potential raises.

Candidates will apply theory and principles of mechanical and manufacturing engineering to modify, develop systems, set up tools, test, and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment. Equipment uses a combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and computer technologies. Other responsibilities may include preventative maintenance and defect monitoring using patterned wafers that are run manually on the tools daily. This requires a technician to track what tools needs. Job duties may vary depending on department and area of fabrication.

The ideal individual would:

  • Detail oriented and able to focus on every operation
  • Must be able to work at a computer almost exclusively for long periods
  • Must possess basic Windows, spreadsheet, document (Microsoft) skills and be able to learn new technology quickly
  • Able to track and update the status of a long checklist of items
  • Be able to work with multiple individuals - technician and engineer - and communicate effectively regarding status and situations
  • Possess mathematical, logical, mechanical, technical, analytical, or problem solving skills
  • Prior Semiconductor/clean room experience, electronics background or prior military experience a plus
  • Must have Associates Degree and/or 1 to 2 years of similar industry experience
