Use your understanding of HEDIS to work cross-functionally with team members.  You will be looking at data and analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning.

Join us to conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

HEDIS Experience

 
Work with business and technical teams to define business needs and perform business application operations and support.
 
Key Responsibilities include:

• Predict emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them.

• Gather and document business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and communicate with the technical team.

• Work with developers to create and document system enhancements.

• Work with various teams to define business needs and operational support issues.

• Create and Maintain user documentation.

• Perform application operational processing functions

• Participate in the development of business strategy

• Coordinate and interact with appropriate clients on defects, changes, issues and enhancements that may impact development, data, workflow and/or functionality.

• Conduct data analysis in regards to business and audit needs.

 
• Assist with creating and executing test plans.

• Data Analysis Experience

• 5+ years of data analysis experience required

• 1+ years of HEDIS experience required

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Access) required

• Ability to effectively communicate is essential.

• Ability to work on assigned tasks with limited supervision.

• Ability to successfully multitask.

• Ability to set and meet timelines. 
 
• Strong analytical, reasoning, problem solving, organization and negotiation skills.
 
 
Preferred experience:

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred

• Project Management experience desirable.

• Experience working with querying relational databases desirable

• Testing experience desirable, including experience writing test plans.

• Knowledgeable use of query tools

• Knowledge or involvement of phases of SDLC process desired.

• Healthcare industry experience preferred
