JOB FAIRS HELD THE ENTIRE MONTH OF AUGUST
Every Tuesday 10 AM - 2 PM
Every Thursday 4 - 6 PM
LOCATIONS:

SERVER / WAITSTAFF
* Creating a fine-dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and paying attention to detail
* Engaging with residents to review daily menu and gather requests and opinions on food
* Taking resident and guest food and beverage orders and serving them in a timely manner
* Setting and clearing tables
COOK
* Primary responsibilities include meal preparation to please various palates while following strict sanitation guidelines.
* Knowledge of local and state health and sanitation and safety codes
* Must demonstrate a strong understanding of creative meal preparation in an upscale dining atmosphere
DISHWASHER
* Washing, sanitizing and storing all equipment used to operate the kitchen and dining room
* Meeting kitchen and dining sanitary standards at all times
CHEF
* Working closely with Director of Culinary Services to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs
* Creating a strong sense of team work and cooperation among staff
* Maintaining kitchen and food storage and preparation areas in a clean, safe and sanitary condition at all times
* Assisting with planning, preparation and execution of special events
* Assisting in menu planning and development based on resident likes and dislikes
* Preparing and ensuring snacks and beverages are available to residents at all times
