This high-growth McDonald’s franchise is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Shift Managers who are looking for opportunities to grow to Department Manger, General Manager and beyond, in the greater Charlotte area.

Shift Managers are responsible for keeping our restaurants exceptionally clean and well-run. Shift Managers assist the General Manager in managing the Crew to deliver a great experience for our customers. The challenges are great; the pay-off is even greater.
