Visiting Angels is currently seeking a detail oriented, full time Scheduling Coordinator for our Pendleton Office who is articulate, intelligent and possesses the following skills:

  • Experience in non-medical In-Home Care a plus
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Ability to interact with seniors and their families
  • Typing 50 +WPM / Excellent computer skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Must work under pressure deadlines
  • ON-CALL flexibility required
  • Excellent at multi-tasking

The role of a Scheduling Coordinator is to make a perfect match between a caregiver and the client(s) we serve. Listening skills, a command of the English language, an intuitive nature and compassion are essential components of this position. It’s often not what you hear, but how you interpret it!
