Responsibilities:
Providing top level customer service by communicating to the customer
Contractors provide their own tools and supplies
Contractors must have a reliable vehicle to drive to and from the job
Must arrive at the clients location on time
Contractors must complete the job to the highest standards
Complete necessary invoices and job related paperwork
Requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills required
Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
Physically able to bend, kneel, reach and stand for long periods of time, stand on a ladder, lift 50 lbs at times, crawl on hands and knees, work in all climates
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma (or GED) required; college or technical/vocational school a plus
Successful completion of a background check
Must be willing to clean toilets, showers, sinks, floors, baseboards and ceiling fans
Must have a smart phone or access to email from a mobile device
