As a Sr. Level Recruiter with Volt, you will be attending client meetings and talking to candidates on the phone and in-person, scheduling interviews as well as creating witty, unconventional ways to connect the type of people which Volt wants to hire. We want to ensure that every candidate who meets with us is given the best experience they can receive in a staffing company.

Your Job Responsibilities will include:

* Gain an advantage through a diverse toolbox of creative and traditional sourcing techniques, including leveraging Volt's Internal Recruiter Training, efficiently screening candidate resumes against required skill sets, conducting Boolean searches and utilizing social networking sites.

* Performing candidate searches in Volt's internal applicant tracking system (ATS) to assure compliance.

* Writing effective job ads postings by creating detailed job descriptions while working with the team to determine key criteria and managing your own job postings.

* Reaching out to candidates in custom-made, unforgettable ways; making the most of behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates.

* Acting as the first point-of-contact for candidates.

* Scheduling interviews (both phone and on-site).

* Fostering interaction with prospective talent to effectively market and sell opportunities.

* Collaborating with Hiring Managers and Business Partners to anticipate and meet ever-changing hiring needs and to ensure quality of selection and timeliness of the hire.

* Demonstrating Volt Company Values through positive behavior, with respect to our commitment to the standards of conduct and ethical behavior, operating with honesty and integrity and to maintain the highest standards of accountability and transparency.

* Attending networking, training and recruiting events as needed.

* Capturing the best passive and active IT talent in the industry.

This is a Contingent/Temporary-to-Direct Hire position working with Volt Workforce Solutions in Redmond, WA. We are among the largest IT Staffing Companies in the US for contingent/temporary and direct hire placements, and support many of the top rated IT Companies in the Pacific Northwest.

Senior Level Technical Recruiter Qualifications:

* College Graduate with a high GPA and at least 3 years of experience in a Technical Recruiting role. (We are looking for Sr. Level Recruiters at this time).

* Experience in full life-cycle recruiting at a fast-paced high-tech company.

* Friendly, outgoing personality - a genuine interest in understanding what the candidates you speak to are looking for and in helping them find the right job to meet their needs and those of the client.

* Experience recruiting in a collaborative environment at a Recruiting Agency is preferred.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Social Media, Web Searches, Job Boards, Forums, etc.

* Experience recruiting for a broad range of Information Technologies.

* Great track record for identifying and sourcing candidates who are a strong match to the job requirements.

* Negotiation and Sales/Persuasion skills experience including closing skills.

* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing environment and work on multiple projects.

* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to aid in the recruiting processes.

* Passion to build Volt's culture and contributing to morale to ensure a positive work environment amongst the people you love to work with.

* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

* Ability to interact with all levels of management is required.

* Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and Executives.

* A great reputation working in the Recruiting industry.
