Shift Manager - Full-time

Join our team in providing a unique positive customer experience. Everyone work as a team and managers are very hands on in the business. We have very little administrative duties and focus on training our employees and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a shift manager, you will be expected to work any position and train employees to ensure we have a well functioning team. Dickey's Barbecue Pit is a fast casual dinning restaurant. We also cater and expect that applicant's posses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and able to work independently off site and lead teams for large catering events as required. We close at 9:00 PM and are generally all closing work is completed before 10:00 PM. This is an ideal opportunity to join an entrepreneurial environment and be part of something special. We pay and promote based on demonstrated performance. There is room to grow into assistant and GM roles. All candidates must submit to a drug screen.
