HR Intern - Full-time / Part-time

The Human Resources Intern will develop a local data base of information from our existing PT Supervisor Workforce to create a base for future Career Development. He/She will This job is scheduled for 5 hours per day with flexibiltiy of work hours between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Determine required information for collection
• Develop spreadsheets to caputre and manipulate information
• Develop the communications on the project
• Gather the statistics
• Provide recommendations and present findings utilizing a PowerPoint Presentation

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

• College Junior or Senior working toward a Human Resource Management and Organizational Development Degree preferred.
• Experience and understanding of social media forums is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software is preferred.
• Experience conducting research is preferred.
