Fast growing software company in Flower Mound is looking for individuals to assist in customer support via the internet and phone.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent speaking (telephone voice) and typing English skills.
2. Proficient Typing skills.
3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and 7
4. Basic networking knowledge.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook.
6. Must have basic internet experience - specifically:
a) familiarization with most major web browsers.
b) Understand what secure and non-secure websites are, and how to tell the difference.
c) Familiarization with credit card online shopping an advantage.
Skills advantageous:
1. Previous experience working in fast food industry - even as waiter.
Attitude Required:
1. Courteous and polite - must also be able to maintain this with difficult clients.
