Pridestaff, a national staffing company, is seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Sales/Appointment Setter to work on a temporary to permanent basis with our clients. The Call Center Sales/Appointment Setter will work in a call center environment and will make outbound in B2B sales.
Entry Level/Appointment Setter- Call Center
Job Responsibilities
As an Call Center Sales/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses regarding products and service in hope of setting appointments for inside sales.
Additional responsibilities for the Call Center Sales/Appointment Setter will include:
? Dial high Volume outbound calls to customers in a professional manner
? Ability to reach and meet set goals.
? High Energy!
? Updating and obtaining information when contacting potential clients
? Provide customers with product and service information
? Enter customer information in the system and
? Completing call log and producing call reports
As an Call Center Sales/Appointment Setter you must have at least 1 years’ experience in a customer service/sales role within a call center environment. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills.
Additional requirements for the Call Center Sales/Appointment Setter will include:
? Strong data entry / typing skills and computer skills
? Ability to follow sales scripts
? Experience selling products or services over the phone
? A High School Degree or equivalent
? A clear criminal background check and drug test
? Must be age 18 or older
