Immediate opening for a Window and Door Assembler
1) Install structures or fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware, using carpenters' hand or power tools.
2) Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
3) Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
4) Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools. 4) Install pre-assembled metal or wood frameworks for windows or doors to be fitted with glass panels, using hand tools.
5) Load and arrange glass and mirrors onto delivery trucks, using suction cups or cranes to lift glass.
6) Fill cracks or other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sand patch, using patching plaster, trowel, and sanding tool.
**Tools needed: skill saw, measuring tape, level, putty knife, hammer, square, and break. **
