Spartan is currently hiring Assemblers in a fast paced environment for a national company in Schererville, IN.
Job Description
Assembler will work as a team on an assembly line, independently in a sub-assembly station, etc. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Use pneumatic tools, air and rivet guns or other tools as needed to assemble parts
- Work as a part of a team or independently to work in sub-assembly station or on full assembly line
- Quality Assurance work
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing utilizing pneumatic tools, air guns, rivet guns, mechanical or welding or assembly
- Must be a team player that communicates well with others
- Have a positive attitude
- Willing to submit to a Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
Ideal Assembly Candidates
- 1+ year relevant experience preferred
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $10 hour
Shift/Hours: 1st shift Monday - Friday
