About this job
currently hiring people for their distribution center located in Landover and Upper Marlboro, MD). These are immediate openings and will go to work asap as long as we get them good people. Each candidate needs to have a background in warehousing and working in a fast paced environment in order to be the right fit.
For the warehouse workers let's look for someone with 2-3 years of experience minimum to be the right fit. Make sure these guys are solid and are looking for a long term opportunity because these are contract to hire positions and the company is looking to continue to grow after acquiring.
The 2nd shift will be working Monday through Friday 2:30pm - Finish. Finish time can be anywhere from 1:30am to 3:30am depending on work load, so there will be some overtime to be had. They will get two 15 minutes breaks during the day and a 45 minute dinner break from 8:00pm to 8:45pm too so their day gets spaced out. The warehouse itself is brand new and the people who work there are very friendly so be sure to express that this is a great opportunity for anyone that is looking to find a long term job. Also there is no A/C in the warehouse so it can be hot during the summer, but they have heaters for the winter to keep it warm. So be sure to lock candidates down on those things as well.
Drug and background and they will interview after having their resume approved by the shipping manager and ops manager.
