The position that we are hiring for is a very detail-oriented position and requires excellent customer service/call center experience. Qualified candidates who are selected for this position will be talking with patients and insurance companies to gather information for claims. It is a very nice and team work oriented environment.
Qualified candidates must posses the following skills:
-Call Center experience (inbound and outbound)
-Have been held to metrics (quality and quantity)
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent computer skills
-Some knowledge of different insurances is a bonus
-Eye for detail and ability to navigate multiple computer systems
