Home Health Nurse - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP
Home healthcare company is seeking a self starting, highly motivated Physical Therapist to join the team. Therapist will treat an Adult population seeing approximately 5.5 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
" Interested candidates must have 1 year of experience
" Exclusive/Preferred account
" Nationally recognized rehab company
" Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a Physical Therapist per state requirements.
The home health nurse provides care in the patient’s place of residence with a variety of responsibilities that includes wound care, medication, patient assessment, and disease treatment and prevention education. Case management duties are sometimes included. The level of intricacy and required course of treatment for each patient's medical condition determines whether care is provided by an RN or LPN (LPNs are licensed to work under the supervision of an RN after one year of specialized training).
Required Qualifications
Hoecare and Oasis- C experience required.
