Job overview

Line cook is responsible for: preparation of food "to order" for the hotel restaurant; ensures consistent quality; and follows IHR's Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures.

You will be a part of our fine dining restaurant team in the Oakroom, the only Five Diamond restaurant in the region.

Requirements

  • Must be detailed oriented, work well in a team environment, and enjoy serving customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner.
  • Two year fine dining experience.
  • Great attitude.
  • Excellent knife skills.
  • Knowledge of classic french technique.
