Our client is in immediate need of an Inventory / Parts Manager.
Individual will be responsible for the profitability and management of Inventory/Parts. Qualified candidates must be employee-focused, customer-service driven, growth-minded and possess excellent sales and management skills. Compensation commensurate with experience. Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience within the automotive industry and two (2) year of Management experience. Strong ethics, leadership skills and an entrepreneurial focus on dealership profitability are required.
Key Results Area
- Provide highly ethical leadership through clearly defined goals/objectives that are measureable and attainable.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Implement best practices to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Lean manufacturing experience is a HUGE plus.
Annual salary: $70,000 - $100,000 contingent upon prior experience
