o Must have all certifications and licenses required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes.
o Effectively work in a team environment.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Immediate acknowledgement of guests
o Provide personalized service for every guest.
o Answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
o Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment
o Must know all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail offered
o Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide guests
o Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly at all times
o Complete other duties as assigned in support of the business
