Use your Sharp Analytical Skill to help us conduct and manage outcomes of various studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning! Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

Employees in these positions have designer experience - working across IT and Operations. This can be in a like-system to NICE RTI/MyMetrics, such as /NET design work. They will be the key liaisons with Operations and IT to complete implementations.

  OFFICE FOR THIS POSITION CAN BE IN COSTA MESA, CA, CYPRESS, CA, CARLSBAD, CA, OVERLAND PARK, KS OR TELECOMMUTING (HOME OFFICE).

-Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field.

-4+ year of experience in business/finance analysis.

-Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel and PowerPoint).

-Understanding basics of Sequel a plus.

-Experince with maintenance of a metrics based dashboard.

-Requires 10-15% travel.

-Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.

-Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.

-Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures.
