CONTRACT CUSTOMER SERVICE/INSIDE SALES
CORESTAFF Services is seeking a contract experienced Customer Service Representative in the Los Angeles area.
Service customer needs by understanding and interpreting their purchasing requirements, providing quotes and processing orders.
- Service accounts by answering customer inquiries.
- Provide technical information and explanations on system needs.
- Prepare quotations to meet customer needs.
- Review and process e-commerce orders.
- Accurately enter transaction information into our computer systems.
- Provide order status and tracking information on particular transactions.
- Research proof of deliveries, invoices and other pertinent transactional data.
- Assist customers with other administrative requirements as necessary.
- Work with suppliers and customers to resolve order issues.
- Basic knowledge in the major components of personal computer systems.
- Computer literacy in standard Microsoft Office software applications.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to handle a large volume of data and transactions.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible attitude.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong work ethic.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to develop rapport with customers.
- Ability to work within a team environment and support team members as needed.
Experience Required 2+ to 5 Years
Education Required High School or equivalent
