CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Resolve any customer complaint escalations in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
2. Oversee daily operations of Contact Center, ensures proper staffing, phone coverage and all email/live chat response times are being met according to company policies and procedures.
3. Assist with implementing all process improvements within the Customer Service area.
4. Identify and recommend merchandising, site usability and policy improvements, based on customer trends/feedback.
5. Prepare reports and maintain records of stats/performance. This includes weekly updates, One on One sheets if requested, and QA disputes.
