Career opportunity with fast growing, successful, national construction software company. Market reporting team members are responsible for information gathering, verifying and sharing content that customers view when accessing the service.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of the document acquisition process, completing assigned reporting functions involving status of projects and regular source calls
• Requires heavy internet work and data entry including calling project owners to obtain bidding information and documents on all projects out for public bid.
• Must be able to build productive relationships with industry sources through scheduled and sustained contact.
• Fast-paced multi-tasked publishing environment.
• Phone skills and data entry; contacting project owners to confirm bid dates, updating information as required.

Key requirements:

• Proficient in internet use, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to handle multiple projects.
• Enjoys working in a team environment
• Minimum typing speed 35 wpm.

Successful candidates will be highly energetic with a desire to surpass goals set. Experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred but not required. Company offers incredible advancement opportunities and stability.
