Time Warner Cable ' s Sales Operations currently seeks a CRM Business Analyst. Location is open to the sit within the TWC footprint. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Purpose : This position will act as the liaison among internal stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements to assist the Time Warner Cable Business Class Sales teams in meeting their objectives. The incumbent will work with multi-faceted teams to identify and solve business challenges by applying technology, predominantly within Salesforce.com, to continually improve processes and enhance user experience. Location is open to within the TWC footprint. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following essential job functions:

Essential Job Functions:

- Facilitate requirements clarification review sessions with business and/or technical teams.

- Utilize workflow and business analysis tools to understand the sales organization and its operations.

- Clearly understand change requests, the assumptions, the dependencies and the constraints and translate them into business requirements.

- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, user stories, scenarios, business analysis and task/workflow analysis.

- Assist in the management and execution of enhancement requests.

- Act as liaison between Sales Users and IT to communicate requirements and ensure execution of technology solutions that meet sales needs.

- Consult with IT architecture teams on solution architecture and areas of impact; Work closely with development, testing and subject matter experts during the entire life-cycle of a project.

- Provide Tier 3 support of end user issues, identifying, researching and analyzing the issues in order to develop solutions and resolve recurring issues.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies that can assist the sales teams, including scheduled Salesforce.com releases and 3 rd party Salesforce.com applications.

- Identify and quantify business process improvements along with system improvements through the use of technology.

- Review and edit requirements, specifications, business proposals and recommendations related to proposed solutions.

- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure proper communication to all levels of leadership.

- Perform and document gap analysis.

- Constantly look to identify and solve problems at their root, with the goal of permanent, long-term resolution.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience in analyzing, identifying and resolving business problems required.

- Must possess strong analytical skills with ability to gather comprehensive requirements and deliver analysis results expediently.

- Qualified candidates will have experience eliciting, defining, writing, and managing business specifications, technical specifications, functional specifications, business requirements, and other project documentation.

- Experience working in a CRM environment - Salesforce preferred.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Visio required.

- Experience working in a Sales or Sales Operations environment preferred.

- Proficiency with Apex Data Loader strongly preferred.

- Ability to take an abstract business issue and, using business analysis techniques, determine the root cause and possible solutions.

- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently with a diverse group of stakeholders including executives, managers and subject matter experts to identify issues, define concepts, elicit requirements and deliver solutions.

- Must have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, a " quick study ' , and be adaptable in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical persons orally and in writing.

- Must be comfortable working with minimal direction.

- Must pay attention to detail and have a sense of urgency in completing multiple assignments within aggressive timelines.

- Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Education Level: Bachelor ' s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or related disciplines.

Required Certifications, Licenses, Registrations, etc., to perform the essential functions of this position: Ability to attain Salesforce 201 and 202 certifications.

Travel requirements and frequency : As required. <10%

Communication Skill level : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning ability : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
