Full-Time Head Housekeeper

Oakwood Worldwide, the leading provider of temporary furnished and serviced apartments across the country is currently hiring for a Full-Time Head Housekeeper to work out of our warehouse location in Huntington Beach, California.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to act as direct support to the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, inspect housekeeping services work in the field using company inspection standards, scheduling housekeepers as needed, and address and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.

Our Home Services Division provides apartment set-up, housekeeping and related services to our furnished apartments. Additionally, this division oversees our warehouse operations and employs utility workers, housekeepers, warehouse leaders and drivers.

Must be able to perform housekeeping duties including:

• Clean bathrooms: tubs, showers, commodes, and mirrors
• Clean kitchens: stoves, ovens, refrigerators, pantry, and cabinets
• Wash floors and windows, interior and exterior
• Clean laundry rooms
• Vacuum and dust.
• Sweep and wash balconies and patios.
• Clean restrooms.
• Remove trash from common areas
• Clean leasing offices

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Valid driver license, a clean driving record, and automobile insurance; this position requires driving company vehicles
• Basic English skills; Bilingual is a plus
• High level of attention to detail
• At least 3 years housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
