Aerotek is looking for a Service Technician to work for a restoration company in St.Paul. Individual will be performing demolition, drywall and carpentry work in commercial, warehouse and manufacturing settings. Great opportunity for over time!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the construction industry performing general labor
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Good communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Carpentry experience
- Completed a trade school program
- Forklift or Lull experience
- IICRC certifications
Long term opportunity would be to move into an office/estimating/sales role. Individual would then be responsible for setting up sub-contractors, managing projects in the field, and will be learning how to bid jobs. They will be primarily working in the office but might have to visit a job site from time to time.
