Looking for qualified Customer Service Agent for rental car company. Must have good customer service experience, and outgoing personality.
Retail hours (must be flexible from 7am - midnight) (Monday - Sunday)
Base pay of $9/hr plus commission structure for up selling
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Description
Complete rental transactions
Create, delete, and modify reservations
Resolve customer issues
Make connections with customers
Check in returning customers
Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
Greet, assist, and maximize customer's experience
Resolve rental issues
Maximize incremental revenue
Qualifications
4+ years of customer service experience
Bachelor's or Associate's degree strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills, ability to build quick rapport with customers
Available to work any day or shift
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
