Job Duties may include:

Interior and exterior building maintenance

 

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates should have the following to register:

• Proper Identification proving eligibility to work in the US
• Prior experience with plumbing and electric
• Willingness and ability to learn new task quickly while working within hard to clean buildings
• Values a team work environment, have an upbeat personality, and self motivated
• Excellent attendance required; dependable, trustworthy, strong work ethic, respects authority
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift 50 lbs repeatedly during a shift with a “can-do” attitude in an fast  paced environment
• Must follow safety regulations and wear proper safety equipment as job demands
• Professional neat appearance
• Excellent communication skills, Bilingual is a plus
• Willing to submit to a criminal Background Check, when required
• Willing to submit to a Drug Screen, when required

• Relevant experience preferred
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance

 

Pay Rate: $9.32-$10.00 per hour, Various Shifts 40+ hour work week some weekends

Shifts: Various shifts, 40+ hour work week, sometime weekends
