Job Description: Well- established non-medical home care agency in Glendale/Pasadena has a full-time position available for a person with a passion for interacting with the elderly. Helping seniors to remain living safely in their own home with dignity is our heartfelt mission. The ideal candidate for our Client Care Coordinator position, possesses a caring style of communication, is extremely reliable and able to adapt calmly to changing circumstances, and exhibits a joyful nature. Candidate must be comfortable handling prospective client phone calls, setting appointments to meet with clients in their homes and introducing caregivers to clients. Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented. Must also be comfortable with negotiation and conflict resolution. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task. Required every few weeks to handle after hours on-call duty. Technical requirements include proficient use of computer and Microsoft Word. Candidate will be trained on our specialized home care scheduling software. This position requires a reliable car, auto insurance, and a clean driving record. You will be reimbursed mileage for client visits. Medical benefits, PTO and paid holidays offered after 90 day probation period.
