Home Health Aide - Full-time / Part-time

We have a opening for a Home Health Aide.

Must be able to work at least 5 shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

• Must have some experience.

Integrity Home Health Care, the areas leading home health care agency, is seeking candidates for our growing business! We were recently recognized as Small Business of the Year by the Traverse City Chamber of Commerce and are always looking for new ways to grow and recognize our team.

We are currently seeking full time (part-time positions also available) Home Health Aides to serve our clients throughout Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Wexford, and Benzie, Kalkaska, and Antrim counties. Experience is great but we will definitely train the right people.

Employment Requirements:
-Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
-Must have a current and valid drivers license, registration, and insurance
-Be compassionate, empathetic and understanding of/toward our clients
-Must be responsible and self-motivated
-Possess common sense, work within a care plan and have an understanding of professional boundaries and limits
-Ability to prioritize, assess clients and situations and stay calm in a crisis
-Ability to work with different personalities and be part of a team
-Must be flexible and willing to adapt to new clients and situations; must be willing to drive

Compensation :
We are leading the market in pay and offer mileage reimbursement and weekend premiums. Dental, vision and Aflac benefits available.
