POSITION PURPOSE –
Responsible for organizing, planning, and leading smaller scope projects in any function, process, or unit as needed by the business and/or identified by the Financial Process and System Support department. Defines project objectives, completes process analysis, identifies and quantifies process opportunities, and facilitates and institutes change for projects. Responsible for projects related to the established SAP user community and works very closely with other departments in the company.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -

Execute transition efforts from the THD perspective for any approved Finance and Accounting process move offshore. Maintain partnership with offshore service providers. Provide ongoing governance support related to our Finance and Accounting processes offshore. Leads smaller scope projects or segments of large scope projects. Develops and executes project plans for an entire project or segment of a project; executes and delivers key tracks or segments of a project; meets objectives, assists in managing resources, ensures timelines are met, assists in communicating results and presents deliverables for segment. Assists in identifying, documenting, and communicating opportunities and their potential improvements related to processes, technology and people areas. Assists in preparing a cost/benefit analysis to determine effort involved on the recommended solutions. Assists in building relationship with other departments. Creates status reports for management and other associates on project progress; assists with presentations and attend meetings; gives and receive feedback, performance reviews and holds regular development discussions with management; promotes continuous learning. Gains understanding of the business processes; identifies business strategies and objectives; performs strategic risk assessment; identifies key business risks; communicates/reports results. Accepts and helps facilitate change with team by understanding the vision, assisting management with implementation of methods to ensure that the change lasts-gain organization's buy-in, prioritizes and integrates the changes into normal business practice, integrate with other organizational initiatives, identifies and removes barriers to success, integrates the changes into normal practice, and identifies the need to put the correct staffing, development training, rewards We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS –
Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must pass the Drug Test. Must pass the Background Check. Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable.

EDUCATION REQUIRED –

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE - 5

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -
Prior experience with offshoring and governance. Prior SAP knowledge/experience a plus. Finance/Accounting background preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Prior Six Sigma or auditing experience a plus. Prior Sarbanes-Oxley experience a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES -
Project Management experience in a corporate context. Ability to communicate with all levels of associates. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize work. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team work environment and manage/partner resources from other departments.
